מצורפת מטה פנייתו של האיגוד האירופאי לאנדוקרינולוגיה הפונה לאנדוקרינולוגים החברים באיגוד, או באיגודים משויכים (כגון האגודה הישראלית לאנדוקרינולוגיה) במטרה למפות את מצב האנדוקרינולוגיה באירופה.

הסקר עוסק בהיבטים מקצועיים שונים של היומיום שלנו – כולל – עד כמה אנחנו משקיעים במחקר אל מול קליניקה, יחסי עבודה של רופאים ואחיות, עבודה פרטית מול ציבורית, גיל פרישה ועוד היבטים שונים הנותנים תמונה כוללת על מצבת כוח האדם, אופי העבודה וחסמים שונים.

נודה לכם על מילוי הסקר – כ 150 שאלות, כ – 20-30 דקות על מנת שגם מדינת ישראל תהיה על המפה ותוכל לתרום להבנת התמונה האירופאית של האנדוקרינולוגיה.

Back in 2018-2019, the European Society of Endocrinology (ESE) asked its members to take part in the Mapping Endocrinology in Europe Survey. That’s been hugely useful in helping to shape our profession, but the results are now getting dated. Increasingly our endocrine workforce faces the challenge of increasing prevalence of endocrine disease, while not seeing the workforce develop in a way that is commensurate with the future challenges, both regarding clinical aspects but also related to the research required.

Now we are asking you to invest in our profession by completing a renewed updated survey, organised by ESE in collaboration with the ESE Council of Affiliated Societies (ECAS).

This 2025 survey is now open.

You can find more detail on the background, purpose of the survey and how the data will be used here. We estimate that it will take on average 20 minutes to complete, dependent on your professional profile. You can save part-way through and return later to finish it. You will need to do that from the same device.

The outcomes of the survey will help us to develop recommendations about how our discipline can cope with the clinical and research demands of the future.  These recommendations will serve our advocacy efforts towards health care decision makers, primarily National but also European where possible.

This survey closes on 15 July at 23.59 hrs CEST.
